The KING of our flats is certainly the “Appartamonte” on the top two floors. “APPARTAMONTE” is a play word in Italian. “Appartamento” means “flat” and “monte” means “mountain”. We chose this name because from the flat you have breathtaking views directly to the Dolomites.
This flat, unlike the others, is available for long-term rental.
The 110 m² flat is divided over two floors. On the top floor there is the kitchen-living room with a large window overlooking the Dolomites, a bathroom with WC and washbasin and a relax room. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a complete kitchen unit with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and flat screen TV and with a large sofa bed. On the ground floor, there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom.
One bedroom with a double bed, and the other room with a double bed with the possibility to separate the beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Free broadband WiFi is available throughout the flat.
